Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that order processing times may vary based on conditions out of Velocity Promotions' control such as, but not limited to, issues with shipping couriers, weather, or other unforeseeable events.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States qualify for Free Shipping. Qualified Free Shipping order will ship via USPS Economy or USPS Parcel Post.
Local delivery
Local delivery is not currently offered.
In-store pickup
In-store pickup is not currently offered.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer International Shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shuttheboxgame.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
